1. ACCEPTANCE
Access and use of www.univercityaiconsult.tech implies acceptance of these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the site.
2. SERVICES
CIA offers applied artificial intelligence consulting services: AI agents and voice agents, business process automation, AI-powered business diagnostics, custom technology solutions development, and digital transformation advisory. Specific services, scope and conditions are defined in individual contracts.
3. SITE USE
Prohibitions: reproducing or distributing content without authorization; attempting to access restricted areas; introducing viruses or malware; using unauthorized bots or scraping.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All site content — text, graphics, logos, code, design — is property of CIA. The brand "C.I.A — Applied Intelligence Consultancy" and its elements are exclusive property of CIA.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Content is provided "as is". CIA does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. CIA shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for contracted services.
6. NON-BINDING NATURE
Site information does not constitute a binding offer. Any proposal or contract requires written formalization and acceptance by both parties.
7. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE — DISCLAIMER
Our services involve AI technologies that may produce variable results. CIA does not guarantee specific results. AI systems are support tools, not substitutes for human judgment. Final business decisions are the client's responsibility.
8. RESULTS PROTECTION
Our AI systems are an extension of your strategy. We don't implement and leave; we audit your operation. If systems don't meet agreed metrics, we offer a free review + additional system retraining at no extra cost for 30 days. Subject to the client maintaining minimum operational requirements.
9. SCOPE
Our services are "All-In" to give you certainty. Support and maintenance are included; requests outside the initial scope (new niches, extra development, massive strategy changes) are quoted separately to protect the stability of your current system.
10. RESPONSE SLA
General requests: 24h any day. Critical technical issues: 2h during business hours (Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm COT). Copy/flow changes: 48h after request approval. Deep Scan deliverables: 48-72h after complete intake.
11. CONFIDENTIALITY
All exchanged information that is reasonably identifiable as confidential will be treated as such. We do not use your clients' data for the benefit of others.
12. TERMINATION
Either party may terminate with 30 days' prior written notice. CIA delivers complete backup within 5 business days after the last day of service.
13. APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Colombia. Dispute resolution: direct negotiation (30 days), mediation, and subsidiarily Colombian courts. For international users, mandatory consumer protection regulations of their jurisdiction apply.
